Vermentino predominantly with the addition of Viogner, Mezzodì is a white wine with good structure and complexity but also a basic freshness that gives it a great pleasure to drink.

One third of the must is fermented in barriques on its own yeasts (sur lies) and then assembled with the fermented part in steel.
